This video lasts for over 3 hours and I watched it in
two sittings. It really was that intresting. When I first saw his hairstyle I
was bit dubious but I very soon warmed to him. It's very evident that he knows
his stuff and must be a first class luthier who explains every stage in
explicit detail. If you are starting out in building guitars you definitely
need to see this. I am just starting out in guitar building and have purchased
3 highly rated books but this is by far my best purchase. If you are serious,
buy it!

What a fantastic insight into building an electric
guitar, from cutting down the tree to tuning the finished guitar up. Watched
the whole thing through from start to finish, just could not turn it off.
Incredible detail (not suprising when it runs to three and a half hours) and
easy to follow diagrams and animations, with a great booklet giving the details
of all the tools and guitar parts including where to buy them. Anybody
considering building there own guitar should really check this DVD out. First
class delivery as well. |
